She now lives in Fairbanks, Alaska (her dad was born there) where she performs in local coffeehouses and nightclubs. Singing for as long as she can remember, Ashley was inspired to pick up the guitar by the time she was ten years old. Influenced by an eclectic mix of artists—Sheryl Crow, Wyclef Jean, Chili Peppers and Radiohead—Ashley Johnson is a little poetic and a little bit rock’n’roll.
